Board & C-Suite Advisory
Trusted counsel to boards, CEOs and executive committees on strategic AI projects and decisions: where to place bets, what to stop, and how to govern risk at the top of the house, including board and executive AI enablement.
Board & C-suite AI advisory · Financial services, consumer industries & beyond
Pivot & Pillar advises boards and C-suites on the AI decisions that matter most: where to invest, how to make the case, and how to turn it into governed, production-scale results. Deep roots in financial services and consumer industries, with a playbook built to work across sectors.
The name is the method.
Decide where to move.
We separate signal from hype, map use cases by business value, feasibility and risk, and make the buy-vs-build calls that set direction for the enterprise.
Build what holds it up.
Governance, operating model, controls, data foundations and KPIs that let AI scale across a complex enterprise without breaking trust with regulators, clients or the board.
Services

Approach
Every engagement starts by aligning the board and leadership team on AI ambition, risk appetite and how success will be measured — then moves in three deliberate phases.
A readiness review across data quality, architecture scalability, risk posture and in-flight initiatives — so the plan starts from where you really are.
Co-create and rank use cases by impact, feasibility and roadmap fit, with risk, legal and compliance partners in the room from day one.
Turn validated use cases into production-ready blueprints: model selection, control frameworks, integration patterns and operating-model impact.
